Program Description

BEKH Insurance offers an SMS messaging program to provide life insurance quotes, policy information, and customer support via text message. This program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.

Consent and Opt-In

By voluntarily checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our web form and submitting your phone number, you provide your express written consent to receive automated SMS text messages from BEKH Insurance. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation text message asking you to reply YES to verify your subscription. You must reply YES to complete your opt-in and begin receiving messages. You will receive approximately 2–5 messages per month. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote, receiving services, or making a purchase. Leave the checkbox unchecked to request a quote by phone without receiving texts.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also text CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.
